Exploration in Rhythm
Join us for our first session of Exploration in Rhythm!
You and your child will have a chance to experience rhythm together using drumming, movement, storytime, a taste of song writing and lots of wiggles. Class space is limited so register early to reserve your spot. Age: 6mo+
Signing Time
Learn how to communicate with your little one before they become verbal! Sign language is a great way to cut down on fuzziness and build confidence in communication. This class is intended for you as a parent or caregiver to walk away with the confidence to use this language at home. Learn basics about eating, family, seasons, animals and more. Because of the nature of this class you can start with your little one as early as 4months and enjoy the class up through age 5!
Petite Picasso Art class is all about process and not product it will involve the five senses and will encourage first steps in making art. Children will be encouraged to explore the use of the materials and will also learn to use different tools for art making. We will be exploring painting, making marks (related to drawing), gluing and sticking (collage), and printmaking. It will be a messy class so be prepared! Ages: As soon as you feel they are into getting messy with out eating everything up through age 6.

Zumba with your Baby has been a blast and so cute to watch all the little ones pass out while moms get a work out.
Join us for this hip shaking, waist trimming energized workout WITH your baby! That's right, you can bring your baby to class with you! Either let them watch from the safety of their car seat or strap them on in a safe carrier and get your groove on!
Instructor Monique Viola is a Zumba certified personal trainer AND mom of three! She will lead this dance party and give you some great tools to be able to work out at home with your baby. Soon they'll be joining in on the Family Zumba classes too!
*We will offer baby carrier safety instructions and checks at the beginning of each class and adjust throughout if necessary. Baby's safety is our number one priority

Dancing for Birth classes are for both prenatal and postpartum women with baby in a sling. It's a feel-good workout that challenges yet relaxes and uplifts you. No experience necessary! Come join in on the fun and feel ready for your birth! Class length: 1.5 hours, Class Times: Tuesday 6:00pm-7:30pm
This class is ideal to participate in the entire 5 week session as the different stages of birth will be covered through 5 week increments. Drop ins are always welcome of course and even a one time class can be a lot of fun and packed with great info.

Using essential oils with your child is a wonderful way to enhance their health and to avoid exposing them to the dangerous chemicals found in commercial products. However, they do have safety considerations. If you are interested in learning how to incorporate essential oils, flower waters, and other natural ingredients safely into your baby care routine, please join us for this informative & fun class. Offered by Mindy MacLaren, nationally-certified aromatherapist, owner of Sweet & Woodsy Aromatherapy, and mother to 1 yr. old twins, the class will take place
